Boursin Spread

Ingredients: garlic, dill, basil, thyme, marjoram, and our family's special blend of spices and herbs.

To make a mouth-watering traditional Boursin cheese, cream together one (1) stick sweet butter or margarine with 8oz fine cream cheese.  Add half a package of Boursin Spread.

To make a delicious dip for potato chips, vegetables, or anything else, add half the package to one (1) cup of sour cream and one (1) cup mayonnaise. For best results, let the dip rest for one hour before eating. This will allow the flavors to intensify. 

For a low-fat alternative, use low-fat or fat-free sour cream or mayonnaise.
